Beautiful view and venue! All my photos are stunning because of the backdrop of diamond head and palm trees. Very attentive and caring staff! They always responded very quickly and professionally. They were so helpful and you can tell they really care. One of our guests couldn’t make it due to being in an accident and was unable to travel - they were so understanding and didn’t charge us for him. We mainly worked with Shannon for all this, she’s the best! The food was all delicious; guests said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had (people are still talking about the truffle mashed potatoes)! All the cocktails were great too! My wedding day went perfectly with the help of the amazing staff here! They often work with Best Hawaii Wedding for coordination, they helped me book a ukulele player and my officiant who were both amazing. Highly recommend!

We hosted our welcome party at the Leahi Deck & Lanai at the Queen Kapiolani Hotel, and it was absolutely perfect! With our half-destination wedding, the stunning views of Diamond Head and Waikiki were a treat for our local guests and a jaw-dropping experience for our out-of-town visitors. It was the perfect way to kick off our wedding weekend. The bartenders were fabulous—not just during the welcome party but throughout our entire stay. With our hotel block at the Queen Kapiolani for the week, it truly felt like we were in an episode of Cheers, where the bartenders knew our names and made every visit so personal and fun. Their warmth and hospitality added such a memorable touch to our celebrations. The Leahi Deck & Lanai is an exceptional venue, and we couldn’t recommend the team at Queen Kapiolani Hotel enough for any group events. Between the breathtaking scenery and the outstanding service, everything exceeded our expectations and helped make our wedding weekend unforgettable!

We had our destination wedding at theLeahi Room & Lanai at the Queen Kapiolani Hotel and we loved it! The view of Diamond Head was the most beautiful backdrop and our pictures came out perfect! Our guests LOVED the food & had such an amazing time. The Leahi team was so easy to work with and they were super accommodating throughout the planning process. We absolutely loved our time at the Leahi Room and Lanai. There was a freak monsoon the day of our wedding, and the staff was so accommodating to turn the room into a ceremony spot due to our beach ceremony getting rained out. They had all the basics for a great time (as someone who didn’t care to have the most elevated napkins) for great pricing. Drinks and food were delicious. All our guests had the best time and rave about how every wedding they’ve gone to since just didn’t hit the same. I’m so appreciative to all the staff for their great communication and ability to switch things up at the last minute. Thanks again!

Perfect wedding day Beautiful venue, supportive staff that made everything smooth and seamless on our wedding day. We encountered zero issues and the wedding planning staff made everything seem easy before/during/and after the wedding. We had a lot of compliments on the food which I was very happy about.

Leahi Room & Lanai was the perfect venue for our destination wedding. We hosted 35 individuals and the space was outstanding. The staff were extremely helpful with helping us choose our special drinks in the days beforehand, letting us use the ballroom and lanai to run through a few rehearsals, and making the entire day run so smoothly. I can’t recommend this venue enough for individuals looking to get married in Waikiki!
