The events and hotel team were incredibly responsive, organized, and easy to work with throughout the planning process, and everything ran smoothly onsite. The meeting space was well prepared, meals were timely and accommodating, and the staff was consistently professional and welcoming especially toward our students, which we greatly appreciated. Communication was clear and proactive, and any questions or last-minute needs were handled quickly. Not only a great staff, but the view from the conference room lanai is beautiful! We’re very grateful to Kotomi, Julie, and the entire Queen Kapiʻolani team for helping create a comfortable and successful environment for our retreat. We would absolutely consider hosting future events here and highly recommend the hotel for conferences or any group events."

"We recently hosted a six day workshop for 60+ people at the Leahi Room and Lanai at the Queen Kapiolani Hotel. The room and lanai are in a beautiful location with what must be one of the best views of Diamond Head in Waikiki! It was a good size for our event, and was also big enough to have lunch in the room and on the lanai each day. We hosted evening receptions on the lanai at the end of three days, and it is the perfect location to relax and enjoy the late afternoon. We have hosted our workshops in many locations, and the event rates were competitive with other places and make it a very attractive option. It was a pleasure to work with events manager Kotomi C. and all the staff who helped plan the event and looked after us for the week - mahalo nui! We only had positive feedback from our workshop attendees and highly recommend the Leahi Room and Lanai for similar events!"
